Nature of complaint:
On several occasions this summer the ladder to the above ground pool at
the listed address has been unlocked and left down unsupervised forextended
periods of time meaning all day into the night time hours . There is no
fence around this pool to insure the safety of the children who live at thi
address nor the other children that live in this neighborhood. To my
knowledge our city ordinance states that a pool must have a locked
fence around the property or a locked entrance to the pool when not used or
supervised . Witnesses are avaslaThTe-for varitication . Many times visitors
at my residence commented on the pool ladder being down with no one at
home .
