Structural Notes:
1..All concrete shall have a minimum compressive strength of 3000 psi at 28 days.
2.Reinforcing steel shall be ASTM A615-Grade 60.
3.Intersections of footings and walls shall have corner reinforcing bars of the same size
and spacing of the standard reinforcing with a minimum lap of 24 inches in each direction.
4.Undisturbed soil shall a minimum of 3000 pound per square foot bearing capacity(Group a-GC SC CL).
