Dear Ted Tewhill,
At a meeting of the Board of the Northampton Redevelopment Authority on June
17th, 1985, the Bak Tire property was discussed.
It is clear that Lazee-Rentals, doing business on that property, has brought
in gravel and is parking vehicles within the 15' strip of property which is
city-owned and part of the layout of Industrial Drive.
It was the unanimous view of the Northampton Redevelopment Authority that
we should request you to bring this matter to the attention of Lazee-Rentals
and Bak Tire. We request thata the land be restored to its original condition;
no vehicles exit on to Industrial Drive unless a permit for a curb-cut is ob-
tained from the DPW; and no further encroachment on that 15' strip occur.
Please advise us of action taken and the resolution of this matter.

Dear Mr. Morann:
It has been brought to the attention of this office by the Northampton
Redevelopment Authority that the three hundred (300) cubic yards of gravel
per zoning permit #26 dated November 1, 1984, has been placed within the 15'-
0" strip of City owned property. The City street line is 15' - 0" in from the
Industrial Drive curb.
We request that the land be restored to its' original condition and no
vehicles be parked or exit across the 15' - 0" strip.
You will note the Board of Public Works has staked the City line. Kindly
rectify the above violation within fifteen (15) days of receipt of this letter.
