Osterman Propane will be engaging in the installation of an underground gas line at 61 Locust
St. Northampton Mass. Osterman Propane recognizes that this to be a duel fuels and will be
performing the work as stated in 248 CMR 5.1.3(a), (b) 1-5 in its entirety, for work performed by
Osterman Propane which is the underground line. Osterman Propane will insure that the
contractor of record is aware that his subcontractor for the gas piping inside is aware of of their
responsibility under 248 cmr 5.1.3 (a) (b) 1-5.
