My tenant, Club Diva, mentioned to me that during your recent inspection of the
nightclub, there was not a current inspection certificated for the elevator.
I could not understand, as I had paid the application fee last February and then had paid
the actual inspection/testing fee last July. I called the elevator company with whom we
contract for maintenance and who coordinated the inspection and they were sure that we
had been inspected, but would have to search their records. Today, I again, went through
my files and found the original certificate buried amongst the rubble of paperwork.
I apologize - it is clearly my fault for filing it and not posting it in the elevator. I have
enclosed a copy of the"Certificate for Use" for your records and have, as well, posted the
original in the elevator at 492 Pleasant Street.
