This letter is notice informing you that your gas service win or _ __.
April 10, 2017 if safety compliance issues are not addressed.
Your dryer and fireplace were red tagged by a CMA technician on Friday,February 24,
2017 for unvented appliances in your basement which is a code violation.
After a site visit on March 22,2017 with the Northampton Plumbing Inspector, we have
been forced to issue another red tag for the work that was done, due to the fact that a
licensed plumber was not used, nor was a permit pulled for the work.
In compliance with State Standards around this failure to comply we are notifying you by
this certified letter that we will be forced to discontinue the service as of Monday, April 10,
2017. I have attached the file that the City has on this matter for your reference as well.
Please contact Mr. Daniel Reggie at(413) 246-0231 by Friday,April 7,2017 to provide us
with confirmation that work has been completed by a licensed plumber.
