RE: Fence in disrepair/ Pool Protection Barrier
Dear Mr. Shea:
This letter is written in response to a recent complaint we have had regarding your home at 44
Longview Drive and the fence on your property. As, part of the complaint process, I drove out
to the location today.
I did observe that the fence along your neighbor's property was missing sections and appeared
to be weak. I observed other sections also missing. The fence sections missing and in poor
condition is of concern because it is the protection for unwanted entry to your swimming pool
and poses a hazard to small children that maybe in the area.
I would ask you to repair the fence making your pool safe from un-attended entry. Please take
measures to secure the fence within the next 30-days. I hope I have your cooperation in this
matter to avoid further action by our office.
