I've reviewed your plans for the house at 17 Juniper St.
The house, as drawn, does not meet the URB district zoning requirements; per the table of use and dimension,
the front door must face the street and have a covered entry (see attached). The Planning Board, with site plan
approval, may waive these requirements.
Also, please note; in cases where the proposed building is close to or on the setback lines, the building
department requires an as-built survey of the foundation.
