in violation of the Ordinances of the City of Northampton,
Section 8:10 , Paragraph 17 .
Specifically, Junk and/or unregistered motor vehicles**
Please notify this office if corrections cannot be made within
Thirty (30) days.
Violations of this order are subject to Article 10, Section 10.8.
"Penalties for violations may upon conviction, be affixed in an amount
not to exceed fifty dollars ($50.00) for each offense. Each day, or
portion of a day, that any violation is allowed to continue shall
constitute a separate offense."

NORTHAMPTON ZONING ORDINANCE APPENDIX A
Article 8 -- Section 8.10 -- paragraph 17 reads in part as follows:
"No unregistered motor vehicle shall be parked, stored, or
otherwise placed in, on, or upon land in any district . .. No junk
motor vehicle shall be parked, stored, or otherwise placed in, on,
or upon land in any district . .. "
You are hereby given thirty (30) days to either remove the junk
vehicles and/or register the unregistered vehicles.
Please send our office a letter stating your intentions to
comply with this notice.
If within thirty (30) days the vehicles have not been removed or
registered, and our office has not received a letter stating your
intentions, we will assume you do not intend to comply with this
notice and initiate the proper legal action to cause compliance with
the Zoning Ordinance.
