Dear Sir:
Massachusetts Electric Company would like to build a six stall
garage on its property on Haydenville Road in Leeds. The building will have
no plumbing, no heating, and the wiring will be only lighting and utility
outlets. The building is proposed to be located on the property as shown on
the attached plan: to the rear of the existing building and no closer than
approximately 65 feet to the nearest property line. (This site plan was
prepared for another purpose in 1982. Everything marked proposed is now
existing.) The area where the building will be placed is presently paved.
The building will not disturb this as it is a pole type building. Also
attached is a sets of building plans,
Please review these plans for the purpose of issuing a building
permit if you approve. The total cost of the construction will be
approximately $31,000. Please let me know the fee.
