Re : Barn near south side of property of Leo Shepard
Dear Mr. Vollinger,
On Friday, May 3, 1996 I inspected a barn owned by you near
property of Leo Shepard at 327 North Farms Road , Florence .
In my opinion, the barn has deteriorated to the point of
collapse , and is a danger to people and property at the drive-
way of *327 North Farms Road .
According to Massachusetts Building Code sec . 123 . 1 you are
hereby notified that you must either begin demolition or make
the structure safe within ten days of receipt of this letter , or
bring in to this office a statement from an engineer stating
that the barn is in a safe condition.
