RE: Car Struck 15 Merrick Lane / Brick building 32A- 131
Dear Ms. Freedgood:
Today at approximately 2:45 PM our office was contacted by the Northampton Fire
Department do to a car striking the building owned by you. Upon investigation cracking in the
buildings brick facade was observed.
Please have a licensed contractor inspect the structure to determine if the building is in safe
condition and have your contractor contact our office. Entry could not be accomplished do to a
lack of a key in the knox box on the building.
