SUBJECT : Proposed Evergreen Land Project
A meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday January 7 , 1986 at 4 p .m.
in my office to discuss a tentative proposal by Dick Johnson of
Amherst for development of the Skibiski property on Evergreen Lane
• in Leeds .
Mr . Johnson stated that he would like the opportunity to present
his plan to you folks initially for your comments and recommendations
before presenting it to the residents of the Evergreen Lane area.
Mr. Johnson explained that he has a plan for more efficient utiliza-
tion of the property in question but that it would require a special
permit from the ZBA in order for him to proceed . He felt that the
ZBA would be more inclined to issue the special permit if the project
had the unofficial backing of the residents of the area .
Hope to see you on January 7th at 4 p.m. in my office to discuss
the Johnson plan.
