The developer must place in an escrow account eleven hundred dollars ($1100) for the City to cold plan and repair the Trench next year. 2. Official recorded Condominium Association documents that clearly states each unit's responsibility in regard to maintenance of water and sewer services must be presented to the DPW. 3. DPW requests from the Building Inspector that No Occupancy Permit be granted until the above conditions have been completed.
