This the revised plan with the rev. #2 6/22/93.
The door change in the basement is to equal.. the
two hr. as we discussed and noted.
The frost wall will be 2ft. with the owners
option to go to Oft. for guarrantee of no cracks,
the safety and longevity of the structure will be
ensured with the 2ft. depth if they keep the ground
cvered with asphalt and gutter away the run off.as
discussed.
They will be pulling the permit next

Dear Tony,
�m�na`ee,�gn This is the initial report on the above job.
The building will have structural repairs below
the kitchen floor with steel support to the
basement floor if the wood on brick ledger is not
used as the support.
The addition will have the 2 hr. exterior gypsum
sheathing below any siding. The roof will have no
rating but the ceiling will have 2 hr. (2 , 5/8"
f.c.gypsum layers) rated finish. Existing footings
will be used with some frost heave prevention
under the wall spanning between piers.
The 2 restaurants appeared to not be separated
since they share the furnace room and kitchen
floor and ceiling of the rear exit addition
connection. I did not look into this situation
because I assumed that it was checked out O.K.
after the fire work just finished there.
I will report progress that I become aware of.
