The estimate includes gutting the rear porch, striping siding, gutters, etc. as needed. We will cut back the deck as needed, saving for re-installation later. We will supply and install Norco windows, white,grilles in air space of low-E insulated glass, screens, and white sash lock, natural unfinished interior, &white clad exterior. A total of 4-3'wide x 4' high for 2 on each side, & 2-4'wide x 4' high for the rear. The 2 doors will be full veiw doors with grills, primed steel doors with adjustable thresholds, locksets 1 for each side, size 2'8" x 6'8", 1 hinged right and 1 hinged left, hung approx 6" away from the house side. We will frame for and install 1-Norco 6'0" wide x 6'8" high, wood,primed, outswing, single swing patio doors, with low-e glass, multi- point lock system and bright brass hardware finish and white grilles in the glass airspace. We will first gut and frame for this leading from the addition to the house. All trimming of these are included, we will use pine 1" x 4" for all trim. We will side the exterior walls with double 4" vinyl siding, all trim, soffits, gutters and downspouts to match the exsisiting house. We will insulate the interior with fiberglass insulation, 3 1/2" for the walls, 9" with proper vents for the ceiling. We will sheetrock the interior with 1/2" sheetrock, taped 3 coats and sanded ready for primer and paint.We will remove bedroom closet door& shelves(clothes etc.)&try to keep panel there,but final say by the electrical inspector.
