I. ine; Demolition of Unit #6 - Remove suspended ceiling, display area, storage room wall, bathroom, and sheetrock. 1. Remove 39 lineal feet of wall dividing garage from Unit #6. Installation of micro laminated girder and steel columns to support roof trusses. 2, Installation of two handicap bathrooms. 3. Removal of one front staircase to basement level of garage. 4. Removal of overhead garage door. Door to be replaced by 13'-0" x 6'-8" aluminum framed display window. 5. Replace existing 3'-6" steel door to garage with aluminum framed full glass door to match existing store fronts. 6. Install HVAC system for first floor of garage area. 7. Electrical wiring as per attached plan. 8. Insulate exterior walls of garage. 9. Alterations to sprinkler system to meet building code. 10. Installation of suspended ceiling for entire space.
