This letter is to certify our proposal to install Solar (PV) at the property
listed below has moved into a cancellation status.
20 Fruit Street Apt. 2 —Permit EP-2016-0651 and BP-2016-1046
SolarCity Corporation and Jeff Dan will not be moving forward with the
proposed installation. We would greatly appreciate reimbursement for
the permitting fees paid, if applicable.
