This is a request pursuant to the Massachusetts Public Records Law, M.G. L. Ch. 66 §10. 1
request copies of all documents from January 1, 2011 to the present in the possession or control of the
Northampton Building Department related to the properties of 47-49 Round Hill Road,
Northampton, Massachusetts. These documents include, but are not limited to,the following:
1. Any and all documents or records of any kind in your possession custody or control
pertaining to the construction or development of any portion of the structure or property
located at 47-49 Round Hill Road, Northampton, MA. Such documents and records to
include but not to be limited to contracts, drawings, plans, specifications, building
permits, occupancy permits, invoices, change orders, checks, inspection reports and
correspondence of any kind.
We will pay the reasonable costs incurred in producing these documents. Further, if there are
certain categories of documents that are more easily collected than other categories, please notify me
of those documents as soon as they have been gathered. Please do not wait for all responsive
documents to be collected.
