requirements of the Mass Appendix 115AA Stretch Code (2009 IECC with

The following building addition components shall comply with the
aforementioned requirements of charts 0402.2 and 402.3.

/The foundation walls will be insulated with 2"xps Dow insulation with an R-
value of R-10,this insulation will run from the top of footing to the top of
foundation concrete walls. R-10 required by code
(Roof insulation package is a R-29 plus metal roofing skin we consider an
overall of an R-30. R-30 required by code
/Wall insulation package is an R-20 plus wall panels skin. R 20 required by
code.
/Man door(one I the addition) has an insulation value of R-11= U.0909. U-
0.37 required by code
/The overhead doors will have an R-value of 14.16,Wayne Dalton doors,
model TS150.Complete weather seals. R-4.75 required by code.
/The heating system in the addition; is two unit heaters at 100,000BTU each.
The units will be minimally 80%efficient.
✓The electrical lighting will be provided by LED lighting, in compliance with
Chart C405.5.2(1)
