I request that you grant a modification to waive the requirement for control construction for the (285
Laundry room renovation as well as the 263 apartment renovation project at(263-285 Pleasant Street)
in Northampton because the work is of a minor nature, will not affect health,accessibility, life and fire
safety,or structural requirements and is impractical in that the cost of control construction is
considerable when compared to the cost of the proposed work.Thank you for your consideration.
