RE: ORDER TO REMOVE or DEMOLISH SHED/ DEBRIS ON LAND OF ANOTHER
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Henrique:
Our office is in the possession of survey of land prepared for Arleen Murnane dated January 29, 2016.
This survey clearly shows that your shed and related materials are located on the property of Arleen
Mumane, of 4 High Meadow Road, Florence, MA.
It appears that this situation needs resolution the issue has gone on for too long. I have supporting
documentation from Attorney Brad A. Shimel as well as the survey provided to our office indicating the
ongoing situation.
Given that Ms. Murnane has clearly provided evidence that your structure and other materials are on
her property, you are ORDERED to REMOVE, the shed and associated debris. You have 30-days to
remove the structure and materials from the date of this letter. If the removal does not take place you
will be subject to weekly fines of 100.00 (one hundred dollars) per week for each week over the
deadline given. You may also be subject to court action should our office need to pursue this matter.
I hope we can avoid further action by our office and you will cooperate in the removal of all items from
Ms. Murnane's property.
