Dear Sirs:
I have personally visited the project site during the construction process to date and provide
the following:
1. Interior demolition is complete.
2. Concrete floor slab leveling has been completed.
3. Insulation and furring of exterior walls has been completed.
4. Interior partition framing is complete and gypsum wall board and wood paneling is
nearly complete.
5. Plumbing rough in is complete.
6. Electrical rough in is complete.
7. Modification of door to stair hall and mechanical room have been complete with the
exception of hardware.
8. Finishes are in progress.
9. Finish plumbing and electrical remain.
All work observed is in compliance with the construction permit drawings filed with your
office and in compliance with applicable codes.
