On 8/17/2009 you filed a.complaint with this office regarding the above premises. After
reviewing all the information, the Board finds that your complaint has been resolved due to the
following action:
The Board is in receipt of a letter and.photographs showing that corrections have been
made and the handicapped parking and curb cut appear to comply with 521 CMR. A
copy of the letter and photographs are attached. - -
Any person aggrieved by the above decision may request an adjudicatory hearing before the •
Board within 30 days of receipt of this decision by filing the attached request for adjudicatory
hearing form. If after 30 days, a request for an adjudicatory hearing is not received, the above -
decision becomes a final order and the appeal process is through Superior Court.

Dear Mr. Lang,
As required by your office, I am certifying that the work that was required by you to make
our parking lot more handicapped accessible is completed, as of today. I have enclosed
three pictures also as required by you.
It was difficult meeting your deadline of August 1, 2012 and also expensive. I no doubt
paid more because the three contractors I dealt with knew I was under a severe time
constraint. This work cost in excess of$5,000.00 at a time when our food cost is sky
high and our sales are down quite a bit due to the economic conditions.
We do have the correct signage for Van accessibility even though it doesn't show in the
pictures.
I hope all of this is satisfactory.
