FYI - MassDev&Carolyn Misch have both approved a minor change of adding a dormer above the garage at
109 Olander Dc

Attached are drawings showing a proposed minor plan change to the new home at
109 Olander Dr:

The proposed change is adding a small dormer at the West Elevation, over the Garage.
The room above the Garage is a Studio to be used by the homeowner for meditation.
There is a desire by the owner for more natural light and a view of the sunset.
Thoughtful design details:
- Dormer-centered about Garage—breaking up expanse of roof, enhancing overall front elev
o Gable roof pitch matches those of the other house gables
• Windows— match the size of the triangle/3 lite and upper sash of the double hung on the North Elev
