I have reviewed and investigated the new roof framing plan for the existing 24'x 22' garage. The new asymmetrical roof has been turned 90 degree with the new ridge mining east-west, The now ridge beam is 3 — 18"LVL, spanning 24', and is located 7' in from the north garage door side of the building and is posted to the existing foundation walls. The long south roof is framed with 2x12 rafters, installed at 16'on-center,spanning 15'-0",with a roof pitch of 7/12.
