RE: 69 Day Avenue—Stormwater Management System
Dear Doug:
On 6/19/2015,the Northampton Planning Board approved the site plan for a condominium development
project at 69 Day Avenue,which was reviewed by DPW.This project included a stormwater management
system designed by The Berkshire Design Group to increase infiltration and reduce peak runoff from the site.
The project is currently nearing completion.
Personnel from Berkshire Design provided limited visual observation of the work during construction and last
visited the site on Monday, May 20,2016. The purpose of this letter is to certify that, in the opinion of
Berkshire Design Group,the stormwater management system has been constructed in substantial conformance
with the design,and we anticipate that it will function as designed.
