My property at 63 Ward Avenue abuts the eastern perimeter of 65 Ward Avenue, which was
purchased a few months ago by the Andrew Zimbalist family- I am aware of, and whole-heartedly
support, the Zimbalists' petition for a permit,which would allow a privacy fence to be built between our
two properties,to my west, to their east.
