Dear Mr. and Mrs. Warner:
Our office is in receipt of complaints originating from your address and an unsafe condition. I had
investigated and found a collapsed shed building on your property that could pose a fire hazard as well
as jeopardize the safety of children and occupants in the area.
I would ask you to remove the shed / building that has collapsed within 60-days of the receipt of this
