Dear Commissioner Hasbrouck:
Jones Whitsett Architects has served as the Architect for the office build-out of 2,688 SF of office
space at the first floor of 8 Atwood Street in Northampton.
have directly supervised the preparation of design plans and specifications for the project and the
field observation of construction. The tenant build-out is complete and all code required exit signage,
emergency lighting and fire extinguishers are installed and in place.
The construction work as performed and supervised by Development Associates of Agawam has
proceeded in accordance with the documents provided by Jones Whitsett Architects to the
Northampton Building Department on November 30,2015.
