I was doing a zoning analysis report on the above mentioned property and it appears that the eastern most building is located within the "SC or Special Conservancy overlay. I know the structure was built in 1972. 1 was trying to figure out if in fact the building was located in the "SC overlay. My other question was, the only nonconformity with the site appears to be that the use of multi-family or townhouse development, is not permitted in the "SC would this be the case as only 1 building is located in the "SC and if so would the rebuild clause affect the whole property or only the building located within the "SC District?
