RE: Overpaid building_permit fees
Dear Mr. Hasbrouck,
It has come to our attention that according to the city's current building permits fee schedule of
07/01/2015, we have overpaid few of our recent residential projects permitted in town. Because
in our system we archive and maintain a copy of your building permit fee schedule with notes of
our communications, we omitted to update and have miscalculated fees based on previous fee
schedule in conjunction with pertinent town officers' historical comments.
The projects permitted under this circumstance are:

Overpaid fees
We would like to kindly request if at all possible a reimbursement of exceeded fees paid.
Understanding the attempt to correct this omission may have weight in your administrative
processes, we would like to suggest if another form of rollover of these funds may be considered
in order to avoid additional town administrative work.
We appreciate your assistance on this regard and hope to continue serving the city and their
residents through the design and installation of suitable photo-voltaic systems.
