On March 241h. 2016 1 visited the address indicated above to observe the work performed
associated with the installation of a new steel beam assembly that will support a new interior folding
partition wall.
At the time of-mv site observation., the work associated with the new beams installation
appeared to be completed and the project contractor was on site to address my questions. It is my
impression that the work performed is consistent with the general intent of the structural contract
documents dated.2/2/16,produced rnvself. 4
