To whom it may concern:
On March 5t",2003,the Friends of Children's IRON COOK charity event will take place at the
Calvin Theater in Noithanipton,Ma. This event is a live on stage cooking show. The duration of
the cooking itself will be one hour- There will be two Viking cook tops with six burners each
using liquid propfu-te. This propane will come from a twenty pound tank p9sitioned under each
respective counter.This tank will be connected to the cook top via an AGA approved flexible
tubing that is no l-inger than six feet in length.There ,vill be a quick disconnect fitting to attach
the tank to the hose to facilitate changing the-tank when necessary. All spare tails will be located
outside of the bui:iding until needed. This is a temporary installation w-id inanicdiately after the
show, the con1lect.ions will be diwnwAled and remo-ved from the building.
The Northamptor, Eire Department has approved this set and there will be an,engine company, an
officer and two fire fighters on duty for the entire duration of the show. The proper permit has
been issued b th!! fire deponent and is enclosed.
