Mulino's Trattoria
Proposed Work, Basement Renovation:
The proposed renovation will remove two existing businesses and replace them with a
waiting area for Mulino's Trattoria. The businesses currently occupy 600 square feet.
The proposed lounge will also occupy 600 square feet. The waiting area will be a lounge
serving drinks only. The renovation will add two handicap accessible toilet rooms and
rearrange existing office, storage spaces and stairs to allow for easier circulation.
