Dear Mr. Sienkiewicz:
Late yesterday evening, a serious overcrowding problem on the second floor of
Pearl Street Lounge came to the attention of this Department. It was estimated
that there were approximately 450 — 500 people on the second floor, which we
understand has a maximum capacity of only '400 persons.
This overcrowding problem occured when the Greek Houses at U—Mass were at Lounge
for their "Greek Sing".
It would be appreciated if you could look into this matter and do what you can to
to better insure compliance with the established maximum occupancy capacities for
this establishment.
If you require further information, please feel free to contact me.
ncerely,
