00001 A. Setting remaining HRSG pieces next week,crane scheduled OPN PIKE DP
for setup this Friday.
B.Working on control room and handrails.Handrails need to be
painted yellow per the college direction.

C. Change sheetrock to metal under the stairs-RFI was rejected
by vanZelm, continue with sheetrock as shown on the drawings.

E.Hydro of package boiler is scheduled for the 25th,Abington to

*Need 70-120 degree water,test at 375 degrees
*Want to fill 1-2 days prior to hydro,water source fdom
boilers 4 and 5
F. Door on side of the HRSG with the steam lines on the oil
pumps,Pike to look at corrective action. (OLD)
G.Per Smith College add fiberglass sound insulation in the
control room walls and ceiling.NO Rock wool. Change order to
follow.

00002 A. Mounting plate for the opacity monitor does not have a OPN PIKE DP
weather hood.ABLE to send CO.
B. OK to furnish and install 3"fiberglass insulation,starting
today.
C. MJM is responsible to ensure Solar breeching is cleaned per
Solar specs prior to installation.Kleeburg is taking back to the
shop today to clean and weather seal.
D.MJ Moran to change existing vent per state inspector.
E.Working on extra air piping and soot blower steam.FGR duct
to be insulated first.

00003 A.Need fire alarm narrative and sketch. (OLD) OPN PIKE DP
B.Need vz/fire dept.to walk through to determine lighting/
strobes,pull stations,heat detectors,etc....System to be restored
to original condition?Per vanZelm,Phil Sherman,restore the fire
alarm system back to the original condition. Smith to follow up
with vanZelm.
C. Some items are backed up on the boiler 3 generator and:some
are not.vZ/Smith/Pike/Collins to review.
D.Underground wiring is all pulled,high voltage testing being
scheduled.
E.Factory test on Russ Electric gear changed to 10-26.
F.BOP panel from ABLE will be on-site by the end of the month.
Need location,RFI to vanZelm.
G.Working on fire alarm controls for boiler 3,moved the]panel.
Simplex said its full and any additions to the system will require a
new panel. (OLD)
H.Collins stated that ground grid in manholes is unuseable, Smith
College(Jack)wants a price to replace everything. Change order
pending. (OLD)
I. Collins is installing permanent lighting where they can vs.
temporary lighting.
J.vanZelm to determine the load capability on the generator.
K.HPP Panels-current drawing shows there is a neutral in;the
panel where the wires are to be fed,there is not.RFI to vanZelm.

boiler hydro)
*Use scavenge air for sightglass supply and soot blowers-In

*Temp lighting as needed for plant operations
C.Pike to coordinate schedules for installation and start up with
CA.
