This letter is to confirm that periodic inspections of the
proposed building addition will be conducted. Construction
controls in accordance with 780 'CMR 127 will be conducted by
William J . Sieruta, P. E . #30148 . Areas of inspection responsibility
will include architectural , structural and fire protection as
specified in 780 CMR 127 . 2 . 2 .
Pursuant to section 127 . 2 . 3
Progress reports together with pertinent comments will be submitted
to the Building Inspection Department . Upon completion of the work
I shall submit a final report as to the satisfactory completion
and readiness of the project for occupancy.
