National Grid
00001 A.National Grid(NG)switch will arrive in early September, OLD 05/17/07 SC GH
there is a 3 week lead time to dig.NG stated they would invoice
the college and the funds must be in place in order to proceed.
B.Coordination is needed for when the change over will occur.
Plant to run on generator?

00002 A.Mason working on 12"wall,and doorway frames are being OPN PIKE DP
worked on.
B.Need roof open for HRSG,demo out floor below it.
C.Assist in general cleaning to take place on 9-20.
D.Installing HRSG support steel,completed by next week.
Collins to start after.
E. Move steel (HRSG)from tennis court to behind the building.
F. Welding frames for doors coming in on Monday.Not on site
yet.
G. Cleaning process to be established by Boilers 4&5,dust
partition where the HRSG is?
H. Status of the cat-walks-mark up drawings?

MJ Moran-Piping,Misc.
00003 A. Once beam over oil pump is complete,MJM to complete their OPN PIKE DP
piping work.
B.Breeching is installed,expansion joint is up on the roof.
C. Crane will be on-site Monday for IB's use,Kleeburg on-site
next week to do mist.work?
D.Opacity monitor,check on status from ABLE,MJM to install.
E.vZ added 5 test ports to the breeching,cost impact?(OLD)
F.Ryback drawings are moving forward,to be out on Monday.
G. Solar duct-Start next week,get crane to return,schedule with
AGI.
H.Hydro schedule needed from MJM,Abington may need to
assist with code piping.Al needs to be scheduled with Abington.
I. Check with Kleeburg on the re-circ duct work,build new
elbow?

00004 A.Control wiring on Boiler 3 panel to be set 9-20. OPN PIKE DP
B.Need fire alarm narrative and sketch. (OLD)
C.Need vz/fire dept.to walk through to determine lighting/
strobes,pull stations,heat detectors,etc....System to be restored
to original condition?(OLD)
D.Permanent feed needs to be made to the oil pump to pass
inspection.
*COR to Smith
E. Should take approx. a month to wire the controls,piping has
started,no wiring completed to date.
F.Underground wire to be pulled in a week or two.
G.Factory test on Russ Electric gear on 10-19.

00005 A.HOUSEKEEPING-GENERAL OLD
*General cleaning&sweeping needs to improve to mitigate dust
buildup.
*Set up dust partitions,look into bird screens to avoid/control
the pigeon poulation. (OLD)
B. Cat walks-College to decide on design and access. (OLD)
C. Smith/Pike to review instrumentation-control issues.Need
O&M manuals from ABLE.(OLD)
D. Get flashing detail from Morris roofing.Gary to give Pike
roofing quote from Morris. (OLD)
