The following punch list includes items which require completion and or correction for the above
mentioned project. These items were noted during a field observation on February 12, 2008. Items
included in this punch list are limited to those thttt were accessible and visible during the time of our field

contractor of his responsibility to provide complete and operational systems in accordance with the contract
documents.
Please note: This Punchlist is limited to Building P3 and A4.At the time of the visit access to the water
room was not gained.
Mechanical/Plumbing
Typical for all apartments within A3 and A4:

2. Dwg P-201 requires thermometers on cold, hot and blended water piping that are not
installed.
3. Dwg. M-201 Detail 2 shows motorized valves where dedicated circulators are installed.
CES has no objection to this method of heating control.
4. Dwg P-201 requires Watts floodsafe hoses be installed at all washer locations, currently
these are not installed.
5. Specification 15980 requires thermostats to be of the programmable type which the
installed thermostats are not.
6. HWS & HWR piping in boiler room is not complete. Zone piping must be connected to
zone circulator.
7. In boiler rooms on boiler make-up piping a Watts model 9D dual check valve is
installed in lieu of a Watts model 009 reduced pressure backflow preventer as called for
on drawings. CES has no objection to this equipment as long as the authority having
jurisdiction takes no exception. Wit 'this being said the owner should receive a credit
as there is a significant price difference between the two pieces of equipment.
