NATURE OF PROPOSED WORK:
Construction of 11 single family homes with attached garage.
These lots will be created along a newly createdst-eet named Olander Drive.
HARDSHIP:
CONDITION OF APPROVAL-
Prior to issuance of a building permik the foll' wing items must be addressed.
a.Infiltration design behind the single fami'� structures shall be approved by Department of Public
Works to ensure that erosion down the embarkment to the detention area will not occur.
b. The applicant shall flag all trees forprote�,-ffon and those that will be removed. These trees will be
reviewed by staff to ensure that appropriate protection measures are used to protect specimen trees.
These specimen trees do not include the row Of blue spruce behind lots 1,2,3 etc.
2). Driveways shall ramp up to sidewalks as planned therefore preventing any street runoff from
entering onto private property and preventing runoff from private property from flowing into the
Olander Drive.
3).Sewer clean outs and water shutoffs will be required at the property line for each single Family
house in accordance with Department of Public Works requirements.
