Dear Doug,
We understand that a separate"Stormwater Management Operation,Maintenance, and Inspection
Agreement"is required to be recorded with each of the 11 Morningside single family lots.
Wright Builders,Inc. will be legally taking ownership of Lots#3,4&5 on April 8, 2008.
Closings on Lots 9, 10 & 11 are anticipated in Fall '08 with closings on other remaining lots as need be
over the next 2 years.
The Stormwater Permit issued by the DPW for Village Hill Phase B requires that the O&M Agreements
be recorded prior to issuance of a building permit.
Ideally,the sequence of events would be closing on lots, legal owner signing O&M, followed by Mayor's
signature,recording of O&M at Registry of Deeds and providing receipt of recording for issuance of
building permit. After the closing, this process would take approximately 2 weeks to complete.
We respectfully request a waiver of this sequence to allow for issuance of building permit prior to
recording O&M Agreements. We will expedite the processing of O&M Agreements once closings have
occurred and provide the Building Dept with a receipt as soon as possible.
