' CONDITION OF APPROVAL:
1) The multi-use trail easement language relative to lot 12 should allow for long term maintenance and
not merely temporary construction.
FINDINGS:
The Planning Board approved the minor amendments to the original special permit issued that created the Planned Village for this site
based upon the information submitted in the application.
The Board found that the amendments,relating to the conditions did not materially change the overall plan and allowed for projects to
move forward based on revised timing of the buildout of the state hospital.
