Boyle to construct a three-family dwelling at property located at 48 Chapel Street,, Northampton (URB Zone). Present and voting were: Chairman Robert C. Buscher, William Brandt and Kathleen M. Sheehan. The findings were as follows: W. Brandt, referring to Section 10.10 of the Northampton Zoning Ordinance, found that the use was listed under Section 5.2, Page 5.2; that the requested use bears a positive relationship to the public convenience by supplying three additional housing units to _ the City; that the requested use will not create undue traffic I congestion nor impair pedestrian safety; that the requested use will not overload municipal systems; that Article XI does not apply; that the requested use will not impair the integrity or character I! of the zone, as there are existing multifamily dwellings in the area. I K. Sheehan found that the use is listed in the Table of Use ii Regulations as a Special Permit; that the requested use bears a positive relationship to the public convenience as it will add three apartments to the area; that the requested use will not create undue traffic congestion; that three one-bedroom units jwithout a laundry will not overload municipal systems; that there I are no special regulations relating to Article XI; and that the requested use does folow the general intent of the Ordinance. i R. Buscher found that the use was listed in the Table of Use Regulations; that the requested use will not create undue traffic congestion, as the units are small and Chapel Street is not a heavily travelled road; that the units will be served by municipal water and have space for an adequate leaching field, and thus will not overload municipal systems. I The following restriction shall apply: I That the structure be constructed in a similar design as the existing three-family structure on the adjacent lot. t was noted tha must be obtained if the applicant wishes to have a rav`el driveway. If you wish to appeal this action, your appeal must be filed in Superior Court within twenty days of the date the decision was filed in the City Clerk's Office. 1' obenfi C -PJu5c6A CAcp) Robert C. Buscher, Chairman DECISION OF ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS At a meeting held on August 20, 1985, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of Northampton voted unanimously to grant the Special Permit request of James F. Boyle to construct a three-family dwelling at property located at 48 Chapel Street, Northampton (URB Zone). Present and voting were: Chairman Robert C. Buscher, William Brandt and Kathleen M. Sheehan. The findings were as follows: W. Brandt, referring to Section 10.10 of the Northampton Zoning Ordinance, found that the use was listed under Section 5.2, Page 5.2; that the requested use bears a positive relationship to the public convenience by supplying three additional housing units to the City; that the requested use will not create undue traffic congestion nor impair pedestrian safety; that the requested use will not overload municipal systems; that Article XI does not apply; that the requested use will not impair the integrity or character of the zone, as there are existing multifamily dwellings in the area. It K. Sheehan found that the use is listed in the Table of Use Regulations as a Special Permit; that the requested use bears a positive relationship to the public convenience as it will add three apartments to the area; that the requested use will not create undue traffic congestion; that three one-bedroom units without a laundry will not overload municipal systems; that there are no special regulations relating to Article XI; and that the requested use does folow the general intent of the Ordinance. R. The following restriction shall apply: I That the structure be constructed in a similar design as the existing three-family structure on the adjacent lot. It was noted that the proper permit must be obtained if the applicant wishes to have a gravel driveway. Robert C. Buscher, Chairman William Brandt ,_e24&4A4re) Kathleen M.
