Dear Mr. Tewhill ,
We would like to build a warehouse at our location on 25 Texas Road,
Northampton, Massachusetts for the storage of motor oils , grease , and
lubricants . The products will be stared in SS gallon, 5 gallon and case
lots .
We are a branded Mobil repackaging distributor and will be receiving
some of our motor oils in bulk delivery and will have 9 - 1000 gallon
tanks storing bulk motor oils .
It is our intent to build a facility of approximately 6, 500 square
feet , and want to make sure that we proceed in the proper manner.
