Pat,
reviewed your permit application for an ANR subdivision and a flag lot at 308 Chesterfield Road. The flag lot will
require a special permit from the planning board under the RR district table of use and dimensions, and 350-6.10.
1 do not know how this proposal will affect the existing planning board site plan approval. I also do not know if
this will require review by the conservation commission.
