RE: Unsafe Structure Building 31 Northampton State Hospital
Dear Mr. Delaney,
I made a site visit to the'Northampton State Hospital prop city last week. rl,_tildin, 931
located directly behind the guard's trailer poses a great risk because of the internal
structural deficiencies (floors have collapsed into basement making structure unstable).
The building has been posted by the fire departmc„t as a stntcture unsafe to enter in the
event of fire. I ar, pasting the heldding as per 780 `.'IR s-,: 'o
remove or make safe this structure. The immediate demolition of this building would
eliminate the risk t,osed to fire, fighting personnel who might be faced vvith containing a
fire in this unprotected building..
