Enclosed for your review is a Zoning Permit for The Village at Hospital Hill— South Campus. It
is our understanding that this permit must be reviewed by your office prior to our submission for
Site Plan Approval to the City of Northampton Planning Board. It is our intention to file for
Major Project Site Plan Approval from the Planning Board on November 11, 2004 in efforts to
commence redevelopment of the project site. A check in the amount of$15 has been included
with this request to cover the permit filing fee.
