1. Prior to plan endorsement and recording of this amendment, the applicant must
submit a statement signed and stamped by a Professional Engineer to the Department
of Public Works indicating that the modifications and the slight increase in impervious
surface will have negligible affect on the overall stormwater management system
already approved.
2. All other conditions from the original approval stand.
