1.1 Welcome to the )st SRO project construction meeting to all.
1:2 ']team met on-site prior to meeting to view the demolition of existing structures.
1.3 Tom inquired about the existing trees to remain and the protection of those trees during
excavation. WB will confirm with Dave Dietz(Site Contractor)regarding the protection.
1.4 Reviewed and confirmed onsite the trees that are to remain, -tress that were removed.
1.5 Western Builders received three(3)sets of construction prints from TDA this meeting,
which incorporate the addendums and Q/A notes from bidding process.
1.6 'rhe procedures for testing were reviewed and discussed, which will follow the
ecification for soils, Concrete, Re-Bar.Western will arrange fbr testing schedules.
1.7 Allied Testing will be the Testing agency on-site for this project_
1.Q Weste::l Builders wi11 be setting up a fax machine in Job Trailer for Mike Guy, fax#will
be listed once itis installed.
1.9 The dumpster location will be on project property to the rear,Mike Guy to coordinate
location with Charlie after the site clearing phase.
1.10 Contractor Parking will be along Earle Street in front of#180& 182 Only.No parking
past#184 to#186, all extra parking if required can be at the horse stable bleachers or as
directed by Mike Guy on site.
1.11 Paul O'Connor from Momidrock englneertng will be at newt-meeting for suctural
issues.
1.12 'Western will update project schedule and submit for review by 12/ 13/2005-
1.13 For confirmation on Alternates selected by owner, referencing the specification book in
Section 01030—"Alternates", 1.3 execution, 1.3A- Alternates, for the record, Owner
has chosen alternates 42 only per contract documents.
* Alt. #2 is to substitute Vinyl Windows for Wood-Clad Windows.
Alt 44 is to substitute Vinyl Tile for all resilient flooring as scheduled throughout
the building.
